Welcome to the 2025 HK Craft Fair!  We are a juried show and work hard to limit categories to avoid over-duplication. If you did not receive an official invitation from the craft fair chair, you will not have a space reserved.

Event Information:

• Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
• Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: Haddam-Killingworth Middle School, 451 Route 81, Killingworth, CT

Booth Information:

• Spaces are approximately 10′ x 10′
• Double booths are available for double the booth fee (new double booth requests need to be approved – space is limited)
• Tables will NOT be provided

Booth Fees:

• Check Payment: $80 (Make checks payable to: HK Youth and Family Services)
  • Mail checks to: HK Craft Fair, c/o HKYFS, PO Box 432, Higganum, CT 06441
  • Include your registered business name on the memo line
• Credit Card Payment: $83
• All fees are non-refundable

Set-Up Times:

• Friday, December 5th: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday, December 6th: 7:00 AM – 8:45 AM
