EmpowHERed is a an after-school program tailored for Middle School girls. This program is designed to make positive connections with peers, build a community, and grow through fitness, wellness, and support. ANY fitness level is perfect because all participants will be met where they are at in a fun, supportive, and safe environment.
Kids are able to take the bus from school.
