Set-Up:

As a part of your application, we requested your preferred day/time for set-up in preparation for the Craft Fair. The following were the set-up time options:

  • Friday, between 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM      *** Please do not arrive earlier!!! We will not have the areas marked.  We have to wait for school dismissal at 3:40 pm to mark off spaces!
  • Saturday, between 7:00 AM- 8:45 AM

Please follow the signs towards Vendor Unloading to the back of the school.  There will be students and adult volunteers to meet you upon arrival.  This year, we do have more volunteers available to help set up on Friday. Feel free to come on Friday to set up if you need help with bringing items into the school.

Just a reminder, your booth spaces are 10′ x 10′, and while we do not provide tables, we do have 2 chairs you can use.

If you are on a wall and would like electricity, please bring extension cords and a power strip.  You will be sharing with others on the wall.

DAY RAFFLE:

Thank you in advance for your generous donation to our Day Raffle!

Feel free to bring your item up to the raffle table in the cafeteria, or someone will stop by to pick up your item.

VOLUNTEERS:

You will notice that our Middle School and High School students are highly engaged volunteers in the Craft Fair. Several of them may be helping you with your move-in, move-out, and checking to see if you need a break.

On Saturday, student and adult volunteers will be available to assist you. They will be wearing HKYFS lanyards to help you identify who they are.

COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE/ WATER & SNACKS:

We will have a complimentary coffee/water/snacks area just for our vendors in the morning!  Please be considerate of your fellow vendors when taking items so there is enough for all.

END OF FAIR INSTRUCTIONS:

At the end of the fair at 3:00 PM, for everyone’s safety, PLEASE, follow these instructions for a streamlined Loading process:

    • First, pack up your belongings
    • Second, Go to the exit behind the breezeway, which connects the cafeteria to the gym. There will be a driver there with a “DRIVER” sign in their car to bring you to your car in the Vendor Parking lot
    • Move your car to the loading area  &  bring your belongings out to your car.  Student volunteers are available to assist if needed

Please do not use a school cart until your car is ready to be loaded.  We only have a few carts and everyone wants them at the same time.

Please watch out for children when you are moving your car.

Food Trucks:

This year we are welcoming:

Rogue Coffee, Cafe Laurel, Fire In The Kitchen & James Madison House

2026 FLOOR PLAN & PARKING:

On Saturday, we ask that ALL CRAFTERS MOVE THEIR VEHICLES TO THE DESIGNATED VENDOR PARKING AREAS NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE once you have unloaded.

We have volunteers available to drive you to and from the designated vendor parking. They will meet you behind the walkway area on this map.  Your cooperation with this is greatly appreciated, as it will facilitate a safe and smooth unloading for all our crafters. Please also note that there can be no permanent parking behind the building. We need to keep the fire lane free!
